Many junior rugby clubs are doing the right things - and still seeing kids drift away. Not because rugby isn’t enjoyable, but because today’s kids face more choices, more pressure, and less patience for overly intense experiences early in the season.

RugbyH2O provides a short-format, low-pressure event at the start of the year where:
